Divum Investments is a limited liability company founded under the legislation of Republic of Seychelles. The company provides consulting and business advisory services in addition to conduct of custom R&D. Our team has excessive experience in economics, finance and banking industry. The scope of services includes, but not limited to: market research, data analysis, industry reports, trend forecasting. Our target segments are B2B and B2C, as the researches prepared by our team can be implemented in corporate field or individual finance.
2. Intellectual Property:
Ownership: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to all intellectual property rights relating to our services and any materials provided to you.
Client's Materials: You retain ownership of any materials you provide to us, including confidential information.
Confidentiality: We will treat all confidential information provided by you with utmost care and discretion.
3. Payment:
Fees: Fees for our services will be specified in the project agreement. Approximate pricing is provided in our web-site.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement, and may include invoicing, milestone payments, or pre-payment.
Late Payments: We may charge late payment fees in accordance with the project agreement.
4. Project Completion & Deliverables:
Timeline: We will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete the project within the specified timeline.
Deliverables: The specific deliverables for each project will be detailed in the project agreement.
Revisions: We may provide revisions to the deliverables at your request, subject to the terms of the project agreement.
5. Confidentiality:
Client Data: We will not disclose or use your confidential information for any purpose other than the performance of the services.
Employee Confidentiality: Our employees are bound by confidentiality agreements and will treat your information with the utmost care.
6. Limitation of Liability:
The company does not assume any liability as regards to any decision taken by the investor on the basis of the research prepared by the Company. The company may not be held liable for direct, indirect or incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the publication of its’ report, however:
The company must ensure that the data collected, analyzed, and presented is reliable and based on sound methodologies.
The company should adhere to industry best practices and professional standards in conducting its research activities.
7. Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, Client shall pay Consultant for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying all outstanding fees. We will return any unused materials to you.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles.
9. Dispute Resolution:
Negotiation: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.
10. Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
11. Amendments:
We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
12. Waiver:
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
13. Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
